Since 1985, after the takeover of Leuchter, he has consistently developed the company into digitalisation. Today, over 100 employees in 8 companies offer a complete portfolio in IT and digitisation.
As founder and board member of the cooperative KIPS KMU IT-Partner Schweiz, various associations, such as IAMCP, GRID and Secnovum, the IT sector is supported sustainably and broadly. With his chairmanship of the examination board for higher vocational training at ICT Berufsbildung Schweiz, he underscores the importance of continuing education for the industry. Agility and a willingness to experiment, but also stability and reliability are the most important assets of his work.
