For 25 years, the majority of my professional life has revolved around IT service management and information security, first as a manager and later as a consultant. My core competencies were originally based on the ITIL framework. Over many years, these were supplemented by fundamentals from COBIT, CMMI and the ISO standards. 10 years ago I founded my own company EVOLIT AG. As an independent consultant, I help companies optimise their processes. As an expert, I offer ITIL training and conduct audits of the ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27001 standards together with SGS Switzerland.
